Ok...First things first.
I am extremely sorry, that I have not been able to read any of my blog pals' posts, these past few days. I have barely had time to write out my own daily posts, before being BOOTED off of the computer. My sweetie, as we all know, needs that beloved FarmVille time. And, Heaven forbid I should stand in the way, of that. And ( Read more... )

I think crocheting and afghan for your mother-in-law is an awesome idea! I know that I am able to appreciate more the work and craftsmanship that goes into items that I know how to make. (I also know when something is cheaply or badly made, now, too.) So I'm sure she will appreciate this even more than someone who does not crochet.

I just saw this specific pattern, and I knew she would LOVE it. Sure, it crunches time, even more. But, I can do it. I am, after all, SUPER YARNIE!!!

What a joy-filled post.

First, the afghans - love the flower and special yarn in memory of your aunt and I'm sure this afghan is healing to you as well.

So glad that you are making an afghan for your MIL, she has been one of your greatest supporters and thus will cherish the afghan you make her.

As to the interview, I knew you were worth interviewing - just sorry that you are unable to believe it yourself. Hope you will post a link to the blog when it is published as I'd love to read the article.

Have the gloves helped prevent the tendonitis? I hope so.

Hugs and happy stitching,

Kae

At first, I wasn't going to use the yarn. But, the more I thought about it, the better an idea it seemed. I know my mother will LOVE it, come Christmas. And, you are right. It is a healing experience for me.
Thank you, for the gracious compliment. And, yes...I will be posting a link, as soon as the interview is up. I am completely excited about it.
Finally, yes...the gloves are helping quite a bit. I love them.

It is actually quite easy to keep everything together, as each little project is in its own bag.
I hope my mom likes it.
