I agree, four pages after the pattern to describe a bind off is WAY TOO LATE!!!

At least you found a way to complete the scarf and it looks great. Congrats on another job well done.

As to fainting and falling - it would be just my luck to fall on said snake - probably not a great idea. LOL.

I have often undone a bind-off and redone it using another method. Anyway, the scarf looks great: gorgeous colours and lovely soft rib.

Re the computer: keyboards are fairly cheap and a new one would cure a lot of your frustration. You can probably even find them second-hand.
