A Day of Work

Last night, I found my bed rather early. I had spent my day planting seeds, and putting a bit of crochet time, in. I don't know if it was the digging into dirt that is hard as rock, or if it was the actual act, of being hunched over, putting seeds in the ground. It might have been the fight, to manage the hose. You are so nearly done. It was worth it, wasn't it? Think how great it's going to feel on those cold winter nights.

Don't give up on the garden, either. Do you know I've got sunflowers (red ones!) and pumpkins blooming right now? And my desert of a back garden has come over all green and soft looking after all the rain. It's amazing to stand back there and take it all in.

Glad to hear your mum's on the mend.

Go check out the mitts I got in the mail today (purple and black!). You'll be doing stuff like this soon.

I love sunflowers. And, we have pumkins growing, as well. I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR!

I can't wait to see your blanket in all it's glory! Mine's currently sitting in a corner patiently waiting for me to finish my sock craze.

Wait for a cool windy day to make the blood, sweat, and tears all worth it's while!

I am super excited, about my afghan. I hope you like it, when you see it.
Mom's facility really seems to be working out, great. I am very pleased that she got to go there.
