Here I am, two days off the cruise from hell.
Friday, I just toyed around with my yarn, for a little bit, in the evening. Most of the day was spent, getting used to being home. Home, sweet home. Home, where the beer is free, and falls don't happen.

What can I say? The wrist warmers needed to be altered. Bright colors are NOT needed. Hehe.

AWESOME! Outgrown the bag. Way to go, Michael.

As to the crying episode - a good cry is very useful at times so glad you managed to let loose some of the pain of last week.

Remember, the yarn knows - when you are frustrated, relaxed, hurt, angry, etc - and it behaves accordingly.

I did actually feel a lot better after my little meltdown. It seemed to clear my head, quite a bit.
As for the yarn, knowing...
I personally think my yarn, and my hook test me, each and every day.

Hahah!I laughed when I read about the purple yarn taking a leap. Not to be unkind, but my first thought was "the combination of beer and crocheting will eventually cause balls of yarn to go flying!" LOL

I'm glad to hear the afghan is making so much progress. It's good to have a good cry and get all the stress and tension out. Sometimes its just too hard to hold it all in and be brave.
