I'd be psyched if I didn't hate The Misfits. Glad you had fun tho, now I'm going to go to work and sell a bunch of Crimson Ghost logo shit to 13 year olds with bad roots.

well i* probably like danzig lots more than i like the misfits... does your hate of the misfits extend so far that you don't like danzig solo? :(
and i didn't know you got a job! whatever it is, at least it brings in the monnies, and judging from your description, i'm guessing you don't have to change your appearance, right? i think dealing with scummy kids is a fair trade :D
ps: are you coming down for the holidays? PLAN PLAN PLAN!

I've met Danzig before. He's such a cute little man. And FUNNY! OMFG. I randomly almost walked into (over) him at COmic Con. He was shopping at the SLG booth and I was talking to a mutual friend (artist that was selling him goods). Small effing world.

*moping* i wanna meet danzig :(
howcome you get to meet danzig and vincent gallo and i haven't?!!? {"it's my HIPS, isn't it???") i pretty much refuse to ever go to comic con ever ever again unless... i get something really sweet out of it. the whole experience and environment are really icky to me. oh, and danzig's comics ---- not so good, either. :P

I don't mind Comic-Con but mostly cause it's gonna be my industry one day...the animation and the books and the drawings and all that. It's like a big geeky networking weekend for me.

And the famous people I meet I never know are famous until someone tells me. I have no real interest in famous people. Famous to me = someone that makes more money than I do a year/public paycheck icon. But I guess that doesn't really answer your question :P

i guess i'm just not one for crowds and walking and standing all day long. plus, there's no food i can eat, and apparently 95% of the kind of nerds that go to those things CANT WATCH WHERE THEY'RE GOING. seriously, i was getting suuuuper annoyed because it seemed like bumping into everybody [i.e. ME] was a profession to people there.
then again, i'm not a collector, i dont like crowds, and i dont care about networking even in my own field, so i guess it just isn't for me :T
though i could see having a little fun if i had like unlimited money to buy nonsense.

oh, and regular famous people = don't matter. danzig = matters :D!
and i owe vincent gallo a punch in the face. just cos.

I'm glad you had a great Halloween! :)

Mine was good, very relaxing... Me and Josh and a few other people carved some pumpkins and ate too many cupcakes. It was fun. Then Josh went to work that evening and I hid in my room to avoid trick or treaters because we didn't have any candy. Which in itself was fun because I felt like Anne Frank.

did you photograph the pumpkins?!? :D
i've never carved a pumpkin, sadly. i've recently heard of carving apples, though, so maybe for thanksgiving, i'll try that and put them on the dinner table or something.
and, did kids really come around for candy? your area didn't strike me as the children hot-spot; i can't recall having seen any kids any time i've ever been around there!
oh, and my brother and my dad did the same thing at our place. my mom went to my grandparents' and said there were a TON of kids this year. we usually dont get any trick or treaters around our place, though. i imagine its because any kids who live in the complex would rather go trick or treating in the bigger neighborhoods. yuppies!
