a girl who lives next door, who shares a bedroom wall with me, is apparently some kind of musical major. she sings. she usually practices in the mornings, along with some music cd karaoke type version of whatever song she's supposed to be learning. sometimes, its kinda nice. its like a movie where somebody's really dramatically singing a score

well i'm choosing to believe that she is the writer of said songs and not a performer and is just singing it all out to tune it right...

cuz i refuse to believe the sadness of her plight. but that is just me.

btw, i'm so excited about the prospect of a visit this summer. eeeeee! but i totally understand this is subject to change. *contains self*

heh, well i think* its actually going to happen. colin and i have just been talking about it today. as long as we can still get my mom to get us a deal with the rental car, then we'll be on our way. we're just trying to figure out how long we should/can stay, and colin needs to map out the video stores he wants to visit.
i hope it'll be fun. i haven't traveled very far in a car... in a long time. also, i checked to see the weather around colorado, and it was like, in the 80s!

civil engineering. i'm almost done... and i can't believe it.
i just need to make it three more weeks without getting anything less than a C.

and.... i'm not going to grad school anymore; at least not this coming fall. thats a bit of a bummer, but i'll get everything straight later *nod*
