I'm getting old. Unless I'm old already. But I'm not just OK with this, I am peaceful and content. I have always felt much older than my years, so the gray hair and extra weight are, in my mind's eye, my body growing into my personality. I didn't end up seeing Amanda because she blew me off. But I knew to expect this, having plenty of experience living in her peripherals. This is a non-issue and I feel no indignation or resentment towards her. I simply won't interact with her anymore for my own benefit ( ... )
