Sandford does a good job of capturing the sort of teamwork-cameraderie that fans of "Sneakers" or folks who have done pen-testing as a team are familiar with, which made me extra fond of his book.

I tore through the rest of Jim Butcher's "Dresden Files" series like wildfire; I am only sorry that there weren't more of them.

You missed one: Proven Guilty. The latest one, and the first to come out in hardback.

Plus, there is a Harry Dresden TV series in the works, which appears to be slated for a January 2007 premiere on the SciFi channel. IMDB info

I suppose I should have specified that I am too cheap to pay for a hardback, and am holding out for the paperback version. (Besides, that way it will match all the rest.) I heard about the TV series, though -- that's awesome.
