Zeitoun really made me furious about the mishandling of law after Katrina. we know now of the atrocities that happened, but this was the first-hand account i didn't expect.

Yeah, I'd heard a lot about martial law and the Gretna bridge incident and the Superdome, but I hadn't heard about this part. W.T.F.?! Infuriating indeed.

frankly...i'm glad he was brave enough to share his story. i just hope he and his family have found a way to make peace with what has happened.
