Found out today that the house in Front Royal (FR) was put on the market at the beginning of November. It's priced at $83,900. It really makes me sick. I knew it would be less than what we paid ($239k), but I figured it would be more in the $100-$120k range. It also angers me that the bank wouldn't bother to refinance our loan and keep us in

I am definitely glad someone enjoys renting :). I HATED it, ditto for condo living. That's just me though. I can't handle other people for the most part.

I'm sorry to hear about your old house; I can't imagine what it must feel like. I nearly had a mental breakdown when I was forced out of my house (though arguably different circumstances).
