God, my hand is hurting like a bitch right now. Apparently, yesterday's mouse-clicking data entry extravaganza at work yesterday played hell on the muscles/tendons/whatever of my right hand. Am off to a suitable Duane Reade or CVS to get myself a hand brace

hand brace!?!?!?! Holy crap hope your hand feels better!! My sister has carpal tunnel syndrome. Be careful!

It's not a big deal, my arm just got a little strained. The brace keeps my wrist from hurting. Next week I'm going to Staples to get an ergonomic mousepad with a cushion for my wrist. That should help a lot. The whole point of the brace is to keep my wrist fairly immobile so I don't get carpal. No worries, k?
