A werewolf huh? And recently so I see. Well, I am not a wolf, or even a lycan, really, but I remember how difficult things where when it all first came about 4 years ago, and I know that as every day becomes a little easier, everyday is also a learning process. I'm also looking for friends who can relate, people I can grow and learn with.

Hello, Waverly! It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance as well. I'm Jacob and yes, I'm very new to being a werewolf and want to know all sorts of people in the community be they fellow wolves, Lycans, or shapeshifters. Everyone has an experience to share as well as knowledge and I want to learn it all! :D

Your enthusiasm is quite refreshing, but unfortunately I don't fully understand my own circumstances, so I don't know how much I can teach you. But I would be happy to learn along with you.

See, I'm a shapeshifter, similar to a lycan only I am not at the will power of the moon. Ideally, I will be able to one day control my shifting, but as of now, it comes and goes. Usually in high stress situations. It all started when I hit puberty, and was quite a shock.

I understand your desire to contact the local wolf pack. I've been considering doing the same, but I have a few reservations, like the fact that I am a fox, not a wolf. The problem is, as far as I know there are no other foxes living in this city, and even if there where, foxes tend to be solitary creatures. I guess I am the exception, because I long to be a part of something, a family with others who understand. As shifters and lycans are not that different, a pack of wolves is probably the closest I am going to get.
