 My meditations are so revealing, even delirious and sick- especially in moments of delirium, in fact. So many thoughts fluttering around in the cage of my mind, so much of what I have seen and heard in my 30 years of life, even said and done. How much of it, though, do I want to keep?

Your entry was so beautiful and powerful. I feel like that a lot sometimes, and I think decluttering the home is an effective way to also declutter the mind.

To answer your questions at the end, I am reminded by something Ghandi said. "Be the change you wish to see." I know it's much easier said than done, but it really does make a difference. A kind smile and encouraging word to someone can brighten up their world, which may have otherwise been dark and could have been left dark. You must be the light you wish to see in the world. To do that, perhaps you should try a mediation to also find your inner Kwan Yin. She is a strong goddess full of wisdom, compassion, beauty, and grace.
