NSL's are investigative tools used by the FBI to "fight terrorism". They go to an internet service provider, or a bank, or a library, and slap down the letter requesting information about a customer/client. Yay for the judges finally coming off of the paranoia of the last decade. Of course, once we're done dismantling, we'll have to look art just hire much damage got caused when we lost our faculties.
