I wouldn't say that I'm a news junkie, in that I am always reading the news. I read it in the morning from a few sites like BBC and a couple others, and I'll usually get an update later. But I didn't want to blather on and on with constant posts about the Ukraine war. I know a lot about military hardware, strategies and stuff as it was a bit of an obsession many years ago, and I was about to reach a boiling point, and decided that the safest thing to do was post it all under a cut, so people who wanted to avoid it temporarily or entirely could easily do so.

At least with my little summaries, no photos and no dwelling on casualty figures.

But it's still pretty damn grim. Bastard Putin. The day he exits this planet can't come soon enough.

It's such an ironic story about him. He still has American flags flying, didn't remove any, and people are bitching about it.
