Well, hit up that library that I sent that book to a few months ago, and tell them they can request it from library symbol MXO, Townsend Library in Alamogordo, New Mexico, USA if they can't find it more easily!

Hang on Wayne! Are you saying that a library in New Mexico would send a book on loan to me in the United Kingdom?!

Inter-Library Loan also works for International-library Loan!

I've sent one book to Thailand and one to England!

If they can't get it from somewhere closer, yes, I'd be happy to send it to the UK!

So how would I contact Inter-Library Loan?

Just ask your library! They'll check their catalogs, they might be able to find it within their UK networks. That's actually an ILL request. If they can't find it within the UK, then they expand their search, and they can add my library's symbol, MXO, to the search string and it will be routed to me. You never know, there might be a copy quite close by. Our collections hold some curious things!
