Random tidbit for today: My brother downloaded Undead Nightmare yesterday and I've been watching him play through it. This occurred while picking outfits for John:

Me: US Army outfit! US Army outfit!
Brother: ....why?
Me: *long pause* it's hot.
Brother: *funny look* *chooses default outfit*

chase was totally my original favorite too. this post just makes me miss old runaways something fierce. not as much as i miss cass, but that's because she was also my first batgirl, and there's a special place in my heart for her because of it. these are awesome choices.

all right, i must cave and ask for a letter, myself! :D

I thought I was the only one! Chase was great, I loved his line to Victor about his superpower being 'a poor upbringing'. (So basically he has the same superpower as Cass, I guess XD)

I've only read part of Runaways, and that was the last few issues. I'm downloading it all now, but I don't think I'm going to love it as much as Young Avengers.

Nextwave is one of my Desert Island comics. It's amazing. (especially the finale of book 1. I still find opportunities to shout DEPLOY THE ARMAGEDDON HORN whenever I can)

Augh, I know. I feel kind of bad because obviously the comic is her hobby and nobody's paying her to update, but I do miss the crew so. Especially as it stopped right in the middle of Conrad and Worth hijinks.
