Writing Rory and Amy is so much fun because of all those little moments you can put in there. (For example have you noticed Amy wears an 'A' necklace?)

I wouldn't trust the Doctor to buy me anything! Shenanigans would never be far behind.

Great use of my promt.

Love the Roman aspect sneaking into Rory's head randomly. The downside is that Amy can't watch Gladiator anymore.

Gladiator, Rome, and I, Claudius are all ruined forever. On the plus side, they now have a great tour guide for trips to post-Trajan Rome! As long as they don't mind some weird inaccuracies caused by time having a massive stroke.

Earlier whilst working this did inspire me to wonder what it would be like if I was the poor shop assistant who had to help Rory and the Doctor pick something out for Amy.

Me: Well, what does she like?
Doctor: She likes.......Romans.....
Me: Okay, well we have this boxset of Rome-
Rory: Uh, no! No Romans!
Me: *confused* Right, well how about some music? Does she like classical? Mozart?
Doctor: No, not Mozart. Doesn't like him, thought he was a bit too full of himself.
Me: Umm....what?
Rory: Just gift vouchers, please!
