I found it exhausting too, and it took me a couple of days to process what I'd watched and to decide how I felt about it.

I found it disturbing and uncomfortable and emotionally unbearable at times, and because of that I feel it was an absolutely brilliant piece of TV drama.

Absolutely agree. It makes me feel so proud of Torchwood and everyone who made it. They kicked some serious dramatic but on BBC1.

But it still hurts!

I'm so pleased that it's been so successful. Apparently it's had amazing ratings in the states, too - this bodes well for season 4 :)

Yep, it got something like 1.4 million average which is huge for the network and their biggest audience ever.

I would love a season 4, but it would need to follow on really well from the end of this one.

Pretty much my thoughts exactly.... only summed up much more neatly than I managed. I loved this series/miniseries. It just was brilliantly done. Hard to watch at times but just fantastic television.
