Wonderful. Visitors. Normally GLaDOS would have just sent the turrets to meet them, but now? She had a few potential allies who wouldn't know any better than to go through the front doors. Might as well at least see who it was. Then she could set the turrets on them.

Oh no. It was that annoying girl. Sunny. Her name was misleading; it did absolutely nothing to warn of just how irritating the girl could make herself. Why was she here? GLaDOS hoped that Sunny didn't still entertain the notion that they could be friends.

Really, where did that even come from?

"You come uninvited, unannounced, and you still can't even say my name right. No, I don't think I will open the door."

Being hit with her NV hurt just as much as being hit by that 2x4. Maybe more. The pain was in the back and in the front of her head now. She opened her eyes to darkness - as to be expected. But this time she felt cloth over her face.

Maybe she shouldn't have kicked Sunny in the face. .. . .nope, still worth it.

Sunny WOULD find it hilarious to see Gwen freaking out and hyperventilating from claustrophobia. Too bad for her Gwen did know meditation exercises, and could calm herself down after the initial freak out. As always, DENYING Sunny of that fun.

When she regained consciousness again, She held perfectly still, focusing past the pain in her skull, to breathing. She was still in that tight space, and it was a fight to keep from panicking again. Moreso with the blindfold - but she heard voices - one was Sunny. She inwardly growled at the thought of her bratty cousin. The other voice...

"Well come on, it wouldn't be a -surprise- visit if I told you I was coming, duh.. *huff* Give me a second here.."

If she had her full powers, Sunny would have tried blasting the door open; so now she had to play by the AI's rules. Sad, that. After she got her breathing to normal, she pointed accusingy at... Something. Whatever!

"Whaat? That's cold! You're cold!" She turned her back to the door, arms crossed. "And I came all this way to bring you a brainiac test subject too."

As for where it came from? Well, Sunny doesn't really want to be friends, at least not in the traditional sense. Sunny just has to go and chase things she 'can't' have.

Still, it was a rather extreme step just to buddy up with someone, wasn't it?

"Me? Cold? You sound surprised. I've never been known for being nice. I'm not about to start just because you want me to. Especially not because you want me to. I don't like you. I thought I made that very clear."

Sunny wasn't only a brat; she was friends with several people GLaDOS considered potential threats. Not someone she wanted to socialize with, or let into her facility.

But like the girl or not, she wasn't about to turn down a gift, as skeptical as she was of it.

"You brought me a test subject. Really. Well whoever it is has to be better than you were. Tell me what you want, and I'll consider opening the door. Maybe. I'm making no promises."
