Finally he moved on, just walking. In the thick mist he thought he saw a figure walking. It was big, so he guessed a Cybertronian. A part of him just wanted to go unnoticed, to finish his walk and head back, but curiosity won out and he called to the figure he couldn't quite make out in the misty darkness. "Hello?"

"What brings you out so early?" He stopped close enough that he and the Autobot could clearly see each other, and he offered up a wave and a smile.

He hadn't been there a year earlier, when Nautilus had faced the Lady of Glass. All he knew about it were stories. He hadn't dared to ask much, to pry too much - it was clear that it was still a very sensitive subject for everyone. It's importance wasn't lost on him, however.
The inscriptions hit close to home for him, anyway, if for entirely different reasons. Even back in his own world, he had been grateful for having another chance. Nautilus had given him even more than that. He was free here. He had the opportunity to simply live, without struggling to fit in, without wondering if he was just a burden on everyone else ( ... )
