Wendy, on the other hand, was completely cheerful toward the entire situation. It wasn't every day that one got the chance to dress Batman up for a date, after all, and she was most certainly going to make the best of this opportunity. And yes, that meant Bending up several different suits for Batman to try on, all of which were thrown somewhat-neatly over the consoles in the room.

"Perhaps this one?" she asked, holding up a tuxedo, complete with coattails, a top hat, and a bow tie. It seemed, though, that no matter what suit was picked, top hat or no, the Batman mask would probably have to go. He wasn't dressing up to fight crime anyhow. No, he was dressing up to have a nice dinner date and to fall in love and get married and have little children for Wendy to play with.

Batman stared at the suits, level of disgruntleddom reaching all-time highs. Record-setting, really. "We're not going to an opera," he said, staring evenly at the tailcoated ensemble. Really, what was this girl thinking?

He shot her a glare, though it wouldn't last long under her childish glee. But still, he wasn't about to take of his mask- especially not when this was televised. "I'm starting to think you had just as much a part in me being atuck on this show as Plastic Man."

She was thinking, sir, that you needed to look top-notch and presentable, and the bat suit really wasn't going to help with that.

Wendy placed the tux down and pulled another suit up for him to see. "This?" This was a little less dressy...if you lived in the early 1900s. What was he supposed to expect from a little girl who lived in that time?

And yep, completely avoiding that last statement, sir.

"Not a chance."

Batman sighed and shook his head. She wouldn't understand anyway, since she came from nearly a century earlier.

"Wendy, those suits are... suits from my world look very different."

And, he did notice how you dodged that last one. "Talk, and maybe I'll consider a suit."
