[There is an indistinct, darkly lit room. If this doesn't set the mood for "shifty," then nothing does. To make it a little shiftier, have some Graham. He's taking up most of the screen, clearly trying to figure out how to work a camera, and talking to himself while doing so.]

AND now he's done. This is indicated by the tossing of his wrench from one hand to the other, which he then thrusts in the direction of the camera. Good thing he's a distance away, or else he probably would have friggin' knocked it over. Behind him, are three individuals tied to chairs. On the far most left, a smallish figure wearing a PRETTY FAMILIAR DRESS. The face and head of the figure is obscured by the fact they are wearing a damn paper bag over their head, but their posture reveals that they are unconscious. god, cross your legs, you're so unlady-like, cain. The middle figure is Mahdi, who isn't actually blindfolded, just gagged. And looking really kind of freaked out. The figure on the right is Lara Croft, who is neither gagged nor blindfolded, but looks pretty beat up. Like someone may have, I don't know, hit her with a wrench a few times. ...it's really just makeup, but Aya shouldn't be able to tell. Yeah right, like Lara would even let Graham hit her. ]
Aya, as we've already discussed, my Boss is in jail. And, better yet! It's your fault he's there. It's only reasonable I should do what I can in a situation like this to improve it, right? So, I kidnapped your daughter! Kidnap is a rather strong word though, I didn't her hurt, so don't worry about that! I don't think I could imagine hurtin' a little girl. --No, no, I probably could, if I really set my mind to it, but I haven't as of yet!

I should get on with my point, shouldn't I? The point is, Aya Brea, is that in exchange for the return of your daughter and my hostages, I would like you to release Ladd Russo from jail. A real simple deal, it's very straightforward, and since you're a cop, you should do what's best for the good of the people! Which would be agreein' to my terms, before I decide I want to break somethin'.
