Such a long while that it's no surprise if no one seems to recognize the tiny voice speaking up. It's quiet and soft, and perhaps you can hear a bit of fear in her voice as well. She sounds almost like she's scared to be speaking, though at the moment it's not painfully obvious as to why.
The only thing heard at first is quiet breathing, signaling she's alone some place quiet, perhaps inside?]
