I found one I found one I found one!!!

I had been looking for a wardrobe for over a year. Yesterday, I found it! Our house has no closets, but some space under the stairs we were trying to turn into a closet, but it failed. Miserably. you moved from five points, right?

whenever i show houses in this area, i squeal when i see the size of some of the closets in the "fancier" homes.

but, it all depends on when the house was built and who lived there. back in the day people were taxed depending on the number of rooms in a house...and closets were counted as rooms. therefore, not many people had them. of course, you can tell that a majority of the closets were added once the tax law was changed.

That toy piano is awesome! Is it yours, or did you take a pic of it in a shop (if so, where?)?

I had a dollhouse like the one in your pics, except the window and door frames were made out of white plastic instead of yellow.

it's not mine :/ but it's at hartlex antique mall in madison...as is everything in the photos. OH! and they totally had a doll house with the white windows too. the one pictured is $75!!!! i really want one (i'm a grown up that still loves doll houses) but $75...yeah right.
