The moon is full. She notices because she still has Jeremy’s stories in her head; he knows exactly how to make her shriek, even if Dad says the flashlight-under-the-chin thing is overdone. Jeremy can make a good howl, too, one that sends shivers up her spine, and the way he told last night’s story, she could see the hair growing and fingers
