[SFC feed comes on and Izaya is seen, leaning back in his chair and looking surprisingly calm and thoughtful. On the desk next to his computer is a golden crown. Seems like he had gotten it removed and has returned back to his normal state.

He's not looking at the SFC but instead at the ceiling. Or presumably so- since his eyes are directed up.]

[Oh but it's enough for this informant to notice. He stares intently at the screen for a moment before a relaxed smile fills his expression.]

My, Johnny, I never thought a vampire could be so tragic. You've touched my heart~.

Ah. If it makes you feel better, I'd much rather experiment with them. I love humans, not monsters. I might play with you a little but it's all in good fun~. And I can't help myself. I'm simply an observer. And if you don't want to be a chess piece, then don't let yourself be moved. It's not that complicated.

[Dramatic sigh.]

Well of course! Keeps things interesting. But no one really ever does that for me. Not anymore at least.

No souls, but, yes to the blood. Souls isn't my thing. That's more of a demon thing where I come from.

Ah. That's how Sebastian is too. He always threatens to eat my soul or something. I mostly just look at his face~ and whatever. It's hard to take him seriously when he's saving my life, yanno?

Blood isn't so scary though. Do you kill people you drink from or...?
