Who: Asch; anyone that wants to laugh at him. What: Poyo, poyo, EVERYWHERE! Where: First test field. Oh god. When: Early morning. Warning: Cursing, Poyo abuse.
It had been hours since these little monsters started to cry and Luke was really starting to get a headache. He thought of trying to kill them quite a few times but even he couldn't bring himself to kill a creature that wasn't attacking him. Plus if Asch's message was anything to go by killing them was the last thing he wanted to try. Speaking of Asch... he wondered where his original had disappeared to. Surely a mountain of crying blobs would be easy to spot!
Luke walked along the field followed by his small herd of blobs. One he was playing with like some kind of bouncy ball as he walked by tossing it in the air and catching it. It wasn't long until he heard even MORE wailing. "Huh...?" He glanced back to his group and they didn't seem any more fussy than usual so where was the extra screaming coming from?
Setting the creature down with the others he started walking a little faster towards the sound. Why he was walking towards more screaming he'd question himself for later but once he found the source he was glad for the trip. "
( ... )
Asch let out a sound of protest, feeling like his teeth were about to be torn out... until the creature suddenly broke in half from Luke's yanking, the sudden lack of pull sending Asch sprawling backwards. A new blob started forming right away, as the ones that Luke had already pulled off swarmed him, latching on immediately as he landed.
"Arg!" Luke growled when the slimy little pest snapped in two and flinched when his original fell with a thud and a splat when a few were squished under him.
But what REALLY stung was the swarm of blobs making a dog pile onto their fallen pray and REATTACHING THEMSELVES! "OH COME ON!" He stomped his foot in aggravation and tossed the newly formed blob to the side with a growl before approaching the wiggling mountain and trying AGAIN to free Asch's face at the very least. At this rate the stupid things were going to suffocate him!
Asch felt the tug at his teeth again and shook his head; dammit, if they kept this up, they would be here all day! He didn't think that Luke would get the hint, though, so that only left one other option...
Luke? Have a fonic headache.
Forget it, dreck! Asch's voice in Luke's head snapped at him. That's not going to work!
Instantly the replica stopped pulling when he felt the mental intrusion. "A-ah okay, okay..." He really hated when Asch did this but he supposed it was his only choice. "What do we do then?" Removes some from his face but leaves that one holding onto his mouth for now.
Obviously, this is what he meant, but he must have some control over this place, Asch explained, managing to keep the "are you stupid?" tone out of his voice. He might be able to help get this THING out of my mouth.
"...One problem... I have... no idea were to find that thing..." Luke frowned helplessly watching Asch on the ground being swarmed by his blob children.
"O-okay! I-I can try." No! No you're not dammit! Checks once more to make sure Asch's nose isn't covered before getting up. "Y-you can breath right? I'm not going to come back and find you dead am I? You better not die!"
And poor Asch is just left laying there, struggling for breath. Only one nostril was still free to get air, but just barely. It was probably the only thing that was keeping him from passing out at the moment.
Luke returned still only with his own pile of Poyo's following him and frowns in disappointment at his original.
"I can't find him anyway where Asch!" He said in earnest. "I... I was thinking though while I looked about what that guy said. About... about them being like kids! M-maybe if we do things with them that kids like they'll calm down and then I can try pulling them off you again?"
