i just watched this and the next two videos. wonderful and valuable!!!! especially the idea that more loud/vocal people are seen as "leaders" when quieter people can have equally valid ideas and can be better at helping others to be proactive as well. i deal with this every day, one of my coworkers is very extroverted in sharing his ideas but he's NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. :P anyway, thank you for posting!

I remember being surprised when Matt told me he considered himself an introvert and that he has social anxiety but he forces himself to be that guy who makes bad jokes to break the ice. Given how outspoken he was in class - sometimes needlessly - I thought he was the type to run his mouth at any and all opportunities, social or academic. Ah, first impressions.
