Normally, Cassie wasn't one to spend a lot of time in bed. But lately, or really the last two days, it had taken everything she had to get out of bed in the morning. Someone people might have been excited to find out the king of the Greek gods was their father but for Cassie, it just made her miserable. The powers she'd felt she'd earned for her

She knew people got dragged along on these trips but he had no business being here.

Of course, then it occurred to her that she had questions from their last encounter that Luke couldn't answer...but the person who could was now within her reach.
But first she gave Luke a hard look and said in her Wonder Girl persona, "You are going to stay here. Don't leave or one of us will find you. And you better hope it's not me."

First things first, Sam had checked to see if he or his family existed at all in this reality. It hadn't taken him very long to find out that they didn't. After that he had raided the fridge for all the things he couldn't get on the island and then set out to find where the video games were. Cassie had mentioned them enough times that he knew they had to be around.
With a soda in one hand an a stash of beef jerky, Doritos, and red vines in the other he poked his head in one of the rooms and smiled when he realized it was the right one. Someone was already in there, some guy with a sword, Sam thought he had seen him around the island before, playing.
"Hey, you mind if I jump in on this?"

"Yeah, I am," he said, picking up a controller. "Sam Witwicky. I've been there for just over a month."

Blinking his eyes, Sam wiped a way a bit of drool that had gathered at his mouth and looked around. This was not his beautiful hut. This was probably not his beautiful island. This was a much more modern room with an admittedly far more comfortable bed. Unfortunately, it wasn't his bed back home, either. It was some third bed that he'd never been in before.
"No, no, no, NO! You have got to be kidding me!" Sam shouted. He could not be transported somewhere else. This wasn't fair at all, there should be a two world transport limit or something. If you get sent to a dimension not your own, you should only be allowed to be sent back home.

But she'd finally pulled herself away because she knew that if she didn't do it herself, it would be so much harder when she was pulled back to the island in a day or so. Her mother had given her a strange look when Cassie had said goodbye but she'd flown off before any questions were asked.
After checking in with Cissie, Bart and Kon, and making sure Luke was causing any trouble, Cassie went looking for Sam, who Cissie had been all to happy to tell her was here. She felt a little bad for dragging him into this but part of her was glad she'd get to show him her home. "Sam?" She called, not even bothering to change out of her uniform.

"Hi. Yeah, I'm here. I'm really sorry about leaving like I did this morning..." She paused a moment to swallow down her emotions. "I had something I needed to do."

She started to pet whichever one it was then froze. That was not hair she was petting, it was muscle. She squeaked in alarm and hurriedly sat up, taking most of the sheets with her.
She was in Bart's room. In Young Justice Headquarters. No, that wasn't
quite right. She was in Bart's bed with Bart beside her in Young Justice headquarters. She was in so much trouble.

Starting awake, he only had a moment to take in his surroundings before the movement he made sent him crashing to the floor. "What the...?"
Then he blinked, looking around. "Tell me I'm dreaming..."
Because except for the fact that Cissie was freaking out, it might have been a very good dream.

"I don't think you're dreaming... unless we both are? Can we even do that?" Cissie leaned over the side of the bed and offered Bart a hand. "I wonder if this is like when I was in New York with Claire."

"And, well, this hasn't been home to me in, well, ages."

Slowly, hesitantly, he tried to hover again above the bed. It was like that expression about riding a bike. Just because you hadn't done it in a while, didn't mean you forgot. And he could fly!
With a whoop, he headed into the main room, calling out for Bart, Tim, Cissie, Cassie. Anyone. He hadn't gone back to where he'd come from, but he was flying and so he didn't really care about particulars like that. He hadn't been flying, really flying, in years.
"Where is everyone?!" He didn't even realize he was wearing his old uniform.

"And I don't know. Bart's stuffing his face, Cassie took off and I'm not sure where Luke and Sam went off to."

He frowned. What, exactly, would he be doing here?
