So I surprisingly really like David Archuleta's version of "Angels" from his cd but nothing will ever beat this:

No one will ever trump Robbie Williams but Archie's is WAY better than Jessica Simpson's version.

I remember way back in the day when Jessica was still relevant and she released Angels, I was SO. PISSED. Because Angels is a gooorgeous song, and she just made it sound desperate. Anyway. I much prefer the album cut of Archie's version to the version he did for studio. Surprisingly. It's not that I HATE David Archuleta, I just don't like the direction the Archie Puppets are taking him in. So I'm glad they put this on his album :]

ANYWAY. All that to say that I agree with you. lmao. Robbie Williams is fantastic, and people should know better than to cover his music.

Yes, the one from his album is so much better than the one from idol. Robbie Williams is amazingly talented, I think, and people should be careful when they cover a song like Angels.

And yes Jessica Simpson's version DNW! It made me so angry when it first came out and that's back when I didn't totally hate her. She completely butchered the song and people loved it for some reason. I just didn't get it.
