Twice, in one week, Rachel actually cooked . And it was edible. And good!
Tonight I made manasam's honey pecan chicken, home made (not boxed!) mashed potatoes with sour cream and chives mixed in, and a spinach and mushroom salad with a raspberry vinagerette. Oh and a glass of chardonnay (two buck chuck). When I went to Trader Joes to buy the ingredients ( Read more... )
