me being shallow

Since I don't watch much t.v. or rarely go to the movies, I don't have much of an opinion on the winners and losers of the Golden Globes.(Although I'll usually catch the good movies on dvd during the time between now and the Oscars.) i think, when done right, bangs can soften someone's face and features. i recently cut bangs, and my friend cut bangs for herself last year. she looks so much softer now, and i would have to say, much more attractive. with that being said, just being bangs are "in" however, doesn't mean they're for everyone. and i notice that a lot of people are cutting bangs and it doesn't, at all, suit them.

Yeah, I don't mean that they are unflattering on everyone, because with certain face shapes they look great. I'm just saying that they're the new "in" thing, and half of the people that are sporting them now shouldn't. I didn't mean it to offend anyone with who has bangs now; I just think they should be a style that works with certain features but not a trend.

hehe no worries. i'm not at *all* offended (my apologies if i made you think i was, or if i sounded like i was hounding on you -- that wasn't my intention!)

but i do agree... there are many ppl out there cutting bangs for the sake of having bangs, and they definitely do *not* look good on them... oh well!
