I can't believe the number of studies that are coming out right now that are basically all saying the same thing. A lot of people's health and behavioral problems are caused by nutrition issues. i am a lucky, lucky girl and Taylor's parents give us all the salmon, halibut and crab we could want! especially right now - they have crab coming out of their ears, lol. On Sunday alone they brought home 20! (I have no idea what the limit is, but I assume it must be 5 per person because they had 4 licensed people on the boat and they had to toss some crabs back!)

I know this is a sponsored post, but I totally agree. I've been taking regular fish oil supplements (along with a multivitamin) for about 3 weeks now.
