Cancer update from here, which is actually Rhode Island: Melissa found out about the stage 4 lung cancer in January-ish, right? She and Alex got married the week of my birthday or something, which is why nobody from that circle wished me a happy one (I was not offended, thanks for not asking). Glenda and Tahramy visited them in RI toward the end of April, by which time her radiation and chemotherapy had ceased. Her stage 4 was that bad and widespread (upper legs and brain, minimum). I went grocery shopping with Tahramy last night so we could talk about it all. Her birthday is about halfway through June, and the doctors don't expect her to make it that far. I just looked her up and she's lived in Sherman Oaks, Chicago, and North Scituate (RI), so she'll be turning 26. M-I-C-K-E-Y, F-U-C-K-U!
