i'm just doing the standard irish soda bread for the family (they're angry enough i won't be joining them in roast beef, however i do have an interesting seitan version to try!!) but i am making some chocolate chip cookies cause i'll be in the baking mood. i've got to try that recipe you've posted though (and get isa's new book, stat.) <33 happy st patty's day!
