There's this sort of urban myth of sorts in the Speech Competition world back where I'm from that for one Improv round the subject given was "apathy". Normally, in Improv, you have 7 minutes to prepare and give a quick speech about your subject, usually splitting your prep and presentation equally. So with 3.5 minutes to prepare a 3.5 minute speech, you better have some general knowledge so you can make something worthwhile to present. But there was this one guy who just stood up, said "I don't know, and I don't care." and then sat down, signalling he had finished. He won the competition.
