So, two things:

Thing the first; all my books have arrived! Saturday through to early morning Tuesday were kind of iffy but this has redeemed it. I've already started in on Black Heart; I can tell it's already going to be a good as the first two in the trilogy. I am so excited

Excuse this journal, which really needs to be developed into something useful. I can't believe you had an armed robbery so nearby. Actually I can, but it is still an awful shock. It is times like this when the idea of downsizing to a little apartment in a block of flats doesn't sound like such a bad idea.

Now on to the gifs. If you have Photoshop, under 'file' there should be an option called 'save for web and screen devices' which will allow you to save a file in that format. I guess it depends on which version of Photoshop you have. What do you need the gif for?
