This is going to sound really silly, but I was in Italy this summer and I went to a restaurant that had pizza (of course) and under the Italian was English, and one of the ingredients on a couple of pizzas was "rocket" and the girl I was travelling with and I could not for the life of us figure out what it was. =) Now I know!
This recipe sounds quite tasty though. Do you just take a plain ol' pumpkin and cut it up? I'm interested in trying it now!

yep, that's pretty much what you do. you might end up having some leftover, which you can use with feta cheese in a sub or just heat up and have for leftovers.
i know, alot of people seem to get confused over the word "rocket" - that's what we call it in australia anyway.
