This was really lovely - in particular, I enjoyed the understated understanding between the two of them, the way in which they picked up on the little gestures and details of one another's behavior. The romance and connection between them was subtle, and I enjoyed that as well - even the sexuality was subtle against the deeper thread of pain and readjustment, and I found that interestingly poetic. The way you wove this was solid and well-paced; thank you ever so much for such a gem :)

I just really want to apologise for the crazy coding I had going on. My computer at the time was broken so I couldn't fix it myself but luckily my mod was all over it. :)

Thank you so much for the lovely comments. I really struggled to find my balance in writing this fic as these two aren't my usual pairing but the subtext between the two of them is just too good to pass up.

I really like how Jack doesn't know/ is scared how he might have been changed by TYTNW. theres's a very great tenderness and awareness obvious between them despite everything. Lovely.

That's one of the things I didn't like about KKBB. They just totally by passed everything that happened to Jack. It was like... What?
