There were quite a few drunken shenanigans...and if this had been a year or two ago I'd have been much more inclined to cut loose! Oh IG developments...you can be so troublesome sometimes.

We need to get Nikka some sort of elaborate headdress that indicates I AM NEW LIBERTY PERSON.

I just thought of an entirely not-helpful solution to the Not-An-NPC problem that would probably cause Nikka to try to shiv me (or whoever suggested it). :)
