Day 1 (Mon) Cockpit | OPEN

[Now that they're in hyperspace Anakin's just fiddling with a few of the panels around the cockpit, fine-tuning the equipment to keep the ride as smooth for everyone as possible.}

[alwaysqueen]

This is your ship, not mine. [And then she moves to stand behind his chair and leans down to whisper in his ear (because like hell she's letting Jacen hear these things)] I only stay here on a frequent basis.

[His feet on the chair she wants to sit on bother her, and she moves from behind him, and slides over to sit in the chair.]

I want to keep you company, is there something so wrong with that?

[notyourlight]

[He smiles to himself at her whisper before letting his feet fall heavily to the floor. How dare you take away his relaxation, Blair.]

Of course there's nothing wrong with it but people might assume...

[He lets his eyebrows shoot up for a second, in place of saying anything.]

Anakin, I'm on a trip to a Jedi meeting that I have no business being a part of. I'm sure they already assume plenty of things. [She fixes him with a look, knowing he can't argue with that.]

[notyourlight]

No, you're on a trip to one of the most beautiful planets in the galaxy and have somehow finagled a free ride their.

[A grin starts to show, growing more devious by the second.]

I'll admit I have no idea how we'll explain you sneaking into my room every night.

[alwaysqueen]

No one's going to ever know. [He just gets the best eyebrow arch ever at that. Silly Anakin.]

I'm past the stage of life where I have to explain my actions to annoying nosy people. [Because apparently being 17 makes her above doing that.]

Besides, I happen to be an expert at sneaking.

[notyourlight]

[He nods, seemingly coming around to what she's saying.]

I guess this is a bad time to tell you I had to loan your room out to one of our guests... So unless I'm seen sleeping in the main area people may starting assuming anyway.

[Is that a devilish grin? Why, yes. Yes it is.]

[alwaysqueen]

[She'd be laughing right now, except-] You gave away my room? [She looks a mixture of stunned and offended right now.]

But it was mine. [It doesn't matter that she wasn't planning on sleeping there!]

Well...

[He knocks her knee with his own.]

Now the Captain's Quarters are yours.

[alwaysqueen]

[She glances down at his knee, and then slowly looks up at his face, a smile forming as she rolls her eyes.]

For your sake, the Captain's Quarters better have ample closet space.

[notyourlight]

I already moved everything. By myself.

[He adds the last part on just in case she'd be weirded out by other people touching her things.

He leans forward resting his hands on the same knee of hers he'd hit with his own.]

Personally, I think it was a very nice gesture on my part. Not only do you have a new room but now I will be the one doing the sneaking.

[alwaysqueen]

[Oh look, he knows her well enough to know she'd have an epic meltdown if someone she didn't know touched her things. That puts a wider smile on her face, and she brings a hand over to rest over his.]

I don't know, all of these very nice gestures end in you getting something out of it...

[She trails off there, laughing a little as she leans in to kiss him.]

You should hope that Jacen doesn't suspect anything, at least.

[He grins into the kiss, completely aware she can feel it. His first thought is to say something sweet but let's be honest. They both enjoy their time together when they're being difficult.]

Why's it always gotta be the man that get's something out of this? You're gonna get something out of this too.

[He'll ignore the fact she brought up his brother during flirty-alone-time B|.]

[alwaysqueen]

[And then Blair is Blair and scoffs in Anakin's face. At least with the grin that's there, it's clear she's just messing around about crushing his man pride.]

What makes you think I'll necessarily get something out of this? I'm not that easy to please.

[She'll have to try a lot hard than that, even IF she's only kidding.]

That shouldn't be an issue. I've always been quite the problem solver anyway.

[Try not to focus too much on that thumb tracing circles on your knee, Blair.]

[Don't worry, she's doing a great job of ignoring that he's doing it.]

And you're also insatiable and over-confident, which is eventually bound to lead to you failing.
