Kyp was in the lounge, happily (or at least, not actively pissed off) minding his own business as he scrolled through the files he'd pulled on Til Benev when Jaina's presence pinged on the edge of his awareness. He paused for a moment, noticing that she was moving slowly but didn't seem unduly injured, before returning to his work as the woman trudged into the apartment
( ... )
it could've been jessie's girl. Just saying.abovetwinsunsOctober 3 2010, 08:39:46 UTC
Honestly? Yes. Jaina had forgotten the door. She had forgotten that Kyp was there. She had forgotten that changing with the door open and Kyp being there was not a good combination of things.
Like Force she cared, however. Jaina had spent years in changing rooms and if Kyp was going to choose now, in the middle of an intergalactic war four thousand years in the past, to act like a laserbrain she wasn't going to indulge it.
Jaina slowly untied her boots, raising an eyebrow at him as she kicked them off her feet.

Right. She was going to play it that way. Of course she was going to play it that way, she was kriffing Jaina Solo, she never backed down.
And neither did Kyp. Probably why the apartment had so many holes in the wall already.
He watched her blatantly, letting his eyes travel over her form as he delivered a look similar to the one he'd worn back when she'd been in that red dress. "Plan on breaking the thing that quickly, then?"
yeah, kinda :'DabovetwinsunsOctober 3 2010, 22:47:49 UTC
It didn't bother her, mainly because she suspected how much it was bothering him. She undid the sloppy pony holding back her hair as she rolled her shoulders and nonchalantly stepped out of the flight suit.
"No, just arming my family. Turns out we all use lightsabers."
