I like your Registrar - will you ever get a chance to tell her how good she is (without suggesting anything about the others!) maybe she should *train* people ... one day courses on how to get the best out of your notes ...

She reminds me of Dr Moignard - who was my shero (ahem - sorry - rotten word but I don't like heroine either) at University ....
