Because of some conversation on Tumblr, I decided that this weekend was Fereldan Food Weekend and set out to make some interestingness. The first thing I tried - ironically the quickest and easiest of the dishes on offer - was what I call Sten Approves +100 Chocolate Chip Cookies with Seheron Spice. Really, I have to try that recipe though... it sounds like pure eeeevil!!!

Let us know how the stew goes too! I wanted to make something like this when I heard the game dialogue, but most lamb stew is basically a glupey mess of potatoes and watery lamb. If you find a good recipe I must know!!! :D

The recipe is crack. There is ... well, this started on Tumblr, and one of my Tumblr-dash friends made these cookies? And ... well, first response was: "These are crack. Seriously, I could sell them on the street". Which apparently is ... good.

Then ... her mother asked what she was baking. Just ... read the conversation that ensued.

As to the Lamb and Pea Stew ... I have a recipe more or less here but I won't be taste-testing it for a little while because ... well, put it this way. I ate three cookies at about 8:30pm last night and am only now thinking, "Hmm, yeah, I could eat" despite having been up until 5am writing fic and mining in Warcrack. On top of everything else, I appear to have invented lembas.
