I like the pieces of Delita that show here - the reference to peasants' hands, the fact that his servants have learnt not to recognize him after midnight, the visit to Ovelia's grave, the imagery of Olan's death. You've done a great job of rendering the complexity that is Delita, and I like it very much. :D
Thank you! And yes, Delita is a deliciously complex character, and really I feel a lot of him is open to interpretation. I sort of regret I didn't get any of "badass Delita pwning everyone" but, eeeeeh, there are always other fics.
