How are you all, poppets? Forgotten the Good Doctor already, hm? Wouldn't surprise me, what with this here city just bubbling with more scandals than I ever could have imagined back in London. In London, for Heaven's sake, I'm sure we never had it this bad.
Well. Except for my little nephew and that scheming butler of his- Sebastian, was it? Scheming or not he had a fine behind and dear Grell was so in love with him and wanted to have his children though clearly my poor butler failed anatomy class and biology whilst at it because-
Oh my. Getting carried away with gossip! So darlings, what have you all been up to? Nasty past few weeks here at the Clinic, the flu infected all the children in an entire street and we were rushed off our feet trying to help them. Lost a few, Bless them, but you do what you can...
