No, needs to be about a million times longer.

HEY. I was thinking, since we're probably going to move this whole Apollo/Eros/Blackout plot back, and Alyss invited Apollo to Wonderland, maybe Alphonse would like to come along? To make up for the double date having been postponed~?

I'm just stating my opinion here, but the issue of touching souls and fixing them, doesn't that go against alchemy at it's basic level? There is no equivalent for a soul, and therefore there should also be repercussions for adjusting said soul, especially if it's healing since that would involve creating 'patches.' Even with Alphonse's special case of being inside the Gate before... :/

Just saying...

A really big slice of word pie for this.

If any of you have an issue about the way I represent things, you're more than welcome to discuss it with me. Not anon.

Seconded. I'm not entirely familiar with the show, but even with how you presented the alchemical laws, healing of the soul is a huge stretch.

...It does go against alchemy. A soul is, indeed, not concrete and not tangible; it isn't made up of any basic atoms and matter. Alchemy deals with only matter (and specifically, the law of conversation of mass and matter). Everything transmuted is created of matter, even when it's basic levels do not seem concrete because the human eye cannot see it.

It's why human transmutation will fall flat on its face every time. The soul has no matter for an equal exchange, and what is taken is what the Gate deems should be for the trespass. The only way to bypass this is through the Philosopher's Stone and direct contact with the Gate. Not someone who has had direct contact.

If that is the case, then how come Alphonse can transmute his soul into armor, which is clearly stated in the movie?

I will say this again. If you want to continue this discussion, you can reach me on my AIM. I do not want to hash this out and other potential issues on the forum or in my journal.

Thank you in advance for respecting my wishes.
