other comments: availablity, amount of notice needed: I like to read the stories I beta at least twice, so I'd like at least a week to look at it if the fic is between 10-20K words, and if longer, a little more than that. I usually answer emails within a day or so. My beta style errs on the side of bluntness, and if I see something I think is a big issue, I am going to bring it to your attention. I like to be thorough, so I'm not a good person for grammar/spellcheck only.
