I love Halloween! It makes me think of when I was young and I'd eat so many sweets on the night that I felt as though I'd burst. When do you lot reckon the elections will be? It must be soonish because otherwise people wouldn't be making speeches and visits to schools this early.

Everybody else's natter things seem to have started humming or biting or growling but mine's fine. Then again, I have been feeding it ice mice and I even gave it a bookshelf to itself. So it seems happy enough. I considered trying to teach it something, some tricks or defence maneuvers or something, but I think I'll wait.

It's quite strange really. That these journal diary things (whatever they're called. I can never remember) seem to be travelling out in waves. The Gryffindors were using them first, but that's probably because quite a few of them know the Weasleys personally. So they probably got first choice.
